How this works

Licensed operators put their licence, website and payment account on record. Each is checked, the licence against the authority, the website by a DNS challenge, a wallet by a signed message, a bank account by a reviewer, and the result is a signed certificate you can open. Nothing you paste here is stored. If you were asked to pay a different account, report it to Abu Dhabi Police (Aman) or Dubai Police (eCrime).
